The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position exists to be responsible for delivering all facets of talent acquisition success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing new, creative recruiting ideas and sources, as well as utilizing traditional sourcing strategies and resources when appropriate.
