Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Part Time (20 Hours per weekDublin North€40'000 - €45'000 for the part time hours

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys finding and engaging with the right people, rather than simply forwarding CVs?We are working with this growing Irish organisation who are hiring their first Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across the business.

• The RoleYou will manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer, working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and identify the right talent.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Building effective sourcing strategies and channels and proactively identifying candidates.
• Engaging directly with candidates and assessing their experience, motivations, salary expectations and suitability.
• Building talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Partnering with hiring managers and providing informed candidate recommendations.
• Managing interviews, offers and candidate communication.
• Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer brand.

• You will be an experienced recruiter with:Strong end-to-end recruitment experience of no less than 10 years. With a consistent tenure delivering year on year results.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience hiring Maintenance, Warehouse, Electrical, Office, and middle management staff is essential.
• Confidence conducting meaningful candidate conversations and assessments.
• The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
