In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top IT talent. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate’s experience in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding * Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies * Proactively source candidates using various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) * Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process * Conduct interviews and provide structured evaluations and recommendations * Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles * Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and campus recruiting * Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes and efficiency * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies Our Offer * Dynamic work environment with a motivated, multi-cultural team across international sites * Career growth and personal development through training and coaching * Take advantage of our annual leave purchase scheme, allowing you to tailor your time off to suit your needs and preferences * Attractive pension fund with 3 different employee contributions * Premium worldwide insurance coverage supported by private Insurance * 1/2 SBB fare abonnement Your Profile * Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline * Between 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an in-house environment  * Strong background in recruiting for the Swiss IT market and technical roles * Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities * Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment strategies  * Fluent in English and French (verbally and written); German is a plus ELCA is committed to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
