About the Role The Talent Acquisition team is integral to KEV’s success, driving growth and team excellence through strategic partnership and deep recruiting expertise. We collaborate across the organization to deliver scalable hiring solutions, impactful talent acquisition projects, and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, drive process improvement initiatives, and support key talent acquisition projects that elevate our hiring practices. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to shape and build high-performing teams that fuel KEV’s continued expansion. How You’ll Contribute Partner with key leaders across the organization to design and build scalable, high-performing teams aligned with business goals Manage full-cycle recruitment for allocated roles, including: Creating compelling job descriptions and structured scorecards to define success Directly sourcing passive and active candidates through multiple channels Reviewing and screening direct applicants for qualifications and culture fit Coordinating and scheduling candidates across all interview stages Facilitating debriefs and guiding hiring managers through decision-making Presenting offers, negotiating compensation, and closing candidates Conducting professional reference checks and background verifications Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, role requirements, and long-term talent needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful process Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives to elevate processes, tools, and our employer brand Who You Are Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and functions Proven track record of partnering directly with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) stakeholders Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Prior in-house recruitment experience is required; experience within a scaling SaaS organization is strongly preferred Why You’ll Love Working at KEV Make a real difference every day – At KEV, your work supports children, parents, and schools across North America.
