Description
Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, helping the company attract and hire top talent across different functions. This role works closely with Hiring Managers to understand needs, source strong candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish. · Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. · Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles · Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks. · Prepare and post job descriptions on ATS · Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline. · Support candidates through the entire interview and offer process. · Maintain accurate records on the ATS and internal systems. · Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. · Support employer branding activities to strengthen Mondia’s presence in the market. · Lead or support global hiring assignments as needed. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field. Experience hiring in high-tech, digital, telecom, or software environments (preferred). Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience. Excellent command of English and Spanish, with German fluency being a strong bonus. Familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, HR databases, and recruitment metrics. Proven ability to manage interviews, shortlisting, and complex hiring processes. Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles. Ability to build strong relationships with managers and candidates. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong time-management.
