REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency); experience in volume or

specialized hiring is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse) and HR software
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to candidate experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Conduct screening calls, behavioral interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitmentjourney
  • Oversee job offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports as needed
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
