Ninja is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting across various functions and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking and establishing relationships within the industry. Utilize data and recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve candidate experience. Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to enhance the overall recruitment strategy. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing strategies. Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
