Job Purpose The Senior Talent Acquisition professional is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with the organization’s business objectives. The role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and advisory support while ensuring a consistent, efficient, and compliant recruitment process. This position also plays a key role in strengthening employer branding, optimizing recruitment practices, and mentoring junior TA team members. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and long-term talent needs. Translate business needs into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks. Support workforce planning and succession initiatives in coordination with HR leadership. 2. End-to-End Recruitment Management Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handover. Ensure job descriptions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with business and organizational structures. Drive timely hiring outcomes while maintaining high-quality candidate experience. Handle sensitive and confidential searches with professionalism and discretion. 3. Sourcing & Market Mapping Lead proactive sourcing efforts using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting, talent pools). Conduct talent mapping and pipeline building for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Build and maintain strong networks with industry professionals and passive candidates. Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness. 4. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Challenge and guide stakeholders on role requirements, interview approaches, and selection decisions when needed. Facilitate structured interviews and ensure fair, unbiased candidate evaluation. Provide regular recruitment updates, insights, and recommendations. 5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Promote the organization’s employer brand through professional candidate engagement and market representation. Ensure a positive and transparent candidate journey from first contact to offer stage. Collaborate with HR and Communications teams on employer branding initiatives when applicable. Represent the company professionally during career fairs, networking events, and talent forums. 6. Process Improvement & Governance Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and internal governance standards. Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and interview practices. Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards. Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring activities. 7. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing Mentor and support junior Talent Acquisition team members when applicable. Share best practices, market insights, and lessons learned across the HR function. Contribute to the development of TA guidelines, templates, and standard operating procedures. Key Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) are an advantage. Experience Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Proven experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles, preferably in corporate, multinational, or complex environments. Strong experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management. Skills & Competencies Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
