Job Description:
Leadon Properties Inc. is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting Committee and play a critical role in building our growing team of licensed Realtors.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding California-licensed real estate salespersons (DRE Salesperson License + Realtor Association Membership) to affiliate with Leadon Properties Inc. as Responsible Broker. This is a performance-driven role with clear metrics and direct compensation tied to successful Realtor affiliations.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Maintain at least 12 active job postings at all times across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Refresh and repost job listings weekly to maximize applicant visibility.
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of 100+ applicants per week.

Candidate Screening & Engagement

  • Conduct resume reviews and initial screening calls.
  • Verify California DRE Salesperson License and Realtor Association Membership for all applicants.
  • Organize and host career discovery webinars, interviews, and recruiting events.
  • Ensure 33+ qualified candidates weekly progress through the recruiting funnel.

Recruiting Pipeline Management

  • Target 25 weekly webinar attendees or interview participants.
  • Convert qualified candidates into 10 Realtor affiliations per month using the California DRE eLicensing portal.
  • Download and submit each affiliated Realtor’s updated DRE license (showing Leadon Properties Inc. as Responsible Broker) to management for verification.

Compensation

Performance-Based Compensation:

  • $250 per Realtor affiliation, paid upon DRE license verification.
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses including a $500 bonus everytime 10 realtors are affiliated in the same month.
  • Objective: 10 Realtor affiliations per month ($2,500/month).
  • Baseline performance expectation: 3 Realtor affiliations per month ($750/month).

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales (real estate recruiting experience preferred).
