Identify opportunities for improvement from sourcing to onboarding and develop project plans to implement solutions. * Ensure compliance with provincial employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain and update the job description library to reflect evolving roles and responsibilities. Who You Are * Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a CHRP, CHRL, or similar professional designation is preferred. * Minimum 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leading full-cycle recruitment for specialized, technical, or professional roles preferably within a corporate environment. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management skills to manage difficult-to-fill searches and multiple competing priorities * Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance and recruitment strategies. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally. * Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience using recruitment metrics and best practices to drive talent acquisition process improvements. * Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with the ability to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and support process improvement initiatives.
