Join us in our mission to grow a talented workforce that drives our success.  Essential Functions:  * Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for a wide range of roles, including job description development, publishing positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. * Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other leaders to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and create compelling job descriptions. * Lead advanced sourcing initiatives to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and industry networks. * Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and candidate selection. * Maintain and own recruiting metrics to track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, interviews, sourcing, pass-through rate, and candidate satisfaction * Champion and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse slate of candidates. * Maintain Applicant Tracking System data integrity and ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws and company policies. * Support employer branding efforts by promoting Stratus Team’s culture and career opportunities across various media. * Mentor junior talent acquisition staff or guide others on items such as sourcing techniques, interviewing practices, and candidate experience standards. Competencies: * Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, advanced sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing. * Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring. * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise hiring teams. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining attention to detail. * Expertise in passive candidate sourcing, advanced search techniques, and building talent pipelines. * Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and CRM platforms. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics. * Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers to achieve business goals. Qualifications:  Required * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. * An equivalent, acceptable combination of education and experience.  * Proven success in managing the full-cycle, end-to-end recruitment process * Strong experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
