Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period, and overall suitability.
  • Manage multiple requirements while ensuring agreed TATs and recruitment SLAs are achieved.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche requirements.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
