As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trustpilot, you will partner with stakeholders to hire the best people for our teams, those who are not only awesome at their jobs but will all add to our culture. You’ll partner with a range of key stakeholders to recruit for our Corporate function teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.). About the role: In this position, you will team up with our current Product, Technology and Digital Enablement TA team across our London and Edinburgh offices to assist the full recruitment cycle for our open vacancies, from identifying, recruiting, and hiring a broad range of professionals with diverse backgrounds, from graduates to VP level. Your main responsibility will be to work with hiring managers across various departments and business areas to ensure that we are attracting, and hiring the right talent. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment, from job ad creation, search, interviewing, to negotiating contracts. You'll be given the freedom to work creatively to attract great talent and become a key part of an already successful Global People Team. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates for our Product, Technology and Digital Enablement vacancies across all markets. Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end to end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, and closing of candidates with exceptional candidate experience at the heart of it. Manage candidate flow through Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, and keep it up to date Proactively source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & Hackajob Develop and implement new recruitment processes/projects Delivering consistently excellent candidate experience, maintaining strong communication through every step in the hiring process and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders Who you are: Track record as an in-house TA Specialist working on Product Technology and Digital Enablement vacancies.
