Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing organisation based in Mid-Ulster, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of their end-to-end recruitment strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is confident managing full-cycle recruitment—from strategic workforce planning to onboarding.

• Lead and deliver on end-to-end recruitment activities across all business functions and levels.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
• Manage internal and external recruitment campaigns, including skilled overseas hires and sponsorship compliance.
• Oversee the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Own and optimise the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Enhance employer branding through innovative attraction strategies and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to inform senior decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice in all hiring processes.
