JOB OVERVIEW:

Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist with electrical utilities engineering recruiting experience to assist our internal Talent Team as we ramp up fast!

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting, experience in Power Delivery is preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting and HR tools. (ATS, LinkedIn, reference checking etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of strong candidate relationship skills.
  • Strong people skills required, to form candidate relationships.
  • Experience with advanced and creative sourcing techniques, as well as proven organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Utilizing candidate networks to successfully identify and qualify exceptional candidates for internal requisitions.
  • Consult with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals, to develop and execute a hiring strategy.
  • Manage job requisitions and candidate progress using our Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance regulations are met.
  • Oversee the recruitment life cycle, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, keeping the candidate’s process moving, assisting in the offer process, and conducting post-hire check-ins.
  • Continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates to drive talent.
  • Mentor/ assist other members of the talent acquisition team in US and Nepal to ensure success.
  • Work with TA team to prepare weekly reports to monitor recruitment activity, track vacant positions, recruiting strategies/sources, and costs.
  • Create meaningful candidate relationships consistent with K&A’s employees-first culture.
  • Work closely with other functions within HR and Logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
