As a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant, you’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team that supports hiring across our Technology and Go-To-Market units in EMEA. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to shape the future of our internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal and Global Mobility and People Operations teams to ensure full compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Technology functions in various markets in EMEA. You will also support Go-To-Market roles as needed.
  • Use best-in-class talent attraction strategies, including market mapping and proactive sourcing, to find top talent—even the “needle in a haystack.”
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pega’s inclusive culture and values.
  • Support hiring managers in refining assessment techniques to improve decision-making and candidate evaluation.
  • Promote Pega’s employer brand through social media and contribute to global and local branding initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.
