Job Summary TYLin International is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Coordinator to support our Global HR team. This role will contribute to the effective delivery of Talent Attraction (TA) services across the organization and play a key part in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. As a Senior TA Coordinator, you will provide front-line support to the Talent Attraction team, employees, and managers, assist in TA delivery, including implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing performance across our Center of Excellence. The role is dynamic and may evolve to align with the changing needs of the business. This position will follow a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, on a remote work setup to support the North American team. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Serve as a primary operational partner to the North American Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment, interview, and offer activities across multiple business lines. Provide advanced ATS and TA system support, including job posting administration, offer workflows, data accuracy, reporting support, and troubleshooting. Maintain and update core HR systems related to new hires, ensuring data integrity and alignment with regional requirements. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in TA processes; propose and implement process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience. Support the rollout of Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives within North America, including process changes, tools, and communication materials. Act as a subject matter resource for candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders on TA processes, escalating issues as appropriate. Partner with Recruiters and TA leadership to support recruitment operations, metrics tracking, and ad hoc reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing TA data, candidate feedback, and operational trends. Support the TA and HR teams with special projects and other duties aligned with the smooth operation of Talent Acquisition in North America. What you bring to us Demonstrated experience supporting Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination within a complex, high-volume environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, preferably within a North American context. A collaborative, service-oriented team player with a strong focus on candidates and hiring managers. Proven ability to operate independently as an individual contributor, exercising sound judgment and prioritization. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate. Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to leverage data to improve TA outcomes. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple requisitions and stakeholders. Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with the ability to remove operational barriers for Recruiters and candidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate processes and guidance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Core HR platforms. Additional Information TYLin’s Philippine Branch was founded in Manila in 2021.
