QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years’ working experience preferred.
Master´s degree in Industrial-Organizational, Psychology, Organizational Development or related disciplines is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, or related discipline. Experience in facilitating training programs. Problem solving and strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, English and Spanish
Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Development Specialist will lead the operational delivery of Learning, Development, Talent Management and Employee Experience initiatives across the Americas region. This role provides support for talent reviews, develops development programs based on business needs and objectives and build relations with leaders, vendors and HR partners in the Americas and Global HR Leaders.
