Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our People team. This isn’t just a typical talent role; you’ll be the driving force behind shaping, leading, and executing key internal projects across the entire employee lifecycle. From revamping our performance review process to launching a new career development framework, you’ll act as the central project manager, ensuring our talent initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and with measurable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Lead Talent Projects: Take full ownership of internal talent management projects from initial concept to final implementation. This includes initiatives such as performance management, Talent mapping, succession planning, employee engagement, career pathing, and leadership development.

    • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll create detailed project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Business Partners, and key business stakeholders to understand business needs, gain buy-in, and ensure smooth project rollout.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize People analytics and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, build business cases for new initiatives, and measure the success of your projects.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine our existing talent processes and programs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our company goals.
    • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for your projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the organization.
