Job Description
Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is a key partner to the Learning & Development and Talent Management teams, playing a vital role in delivering impactful programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational success.
The Senior Talent Specialist will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve talent and learning initiatives aligned with business goals. This position requires strong project management capabilities, critical thinking, and a data-driven mindset to enhance program effectiveness and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management and Learning & Development.
  • Proficiency with Workday Talent and Learning modules is required.

Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Lead the execution of the annual performance cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end reviews.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Support the implementation of Workday Learning; act as the LMS subject matter expert and collaborate with HR Technology to maintain and optimize the system.
  • Mentoring Program: Serve as the system administrator and partner with the Talent Manager to operationalize and enhance the mentoring strategy.
  • Reporting, Data & Analytics: Generate reports on a regular cadence. Analyze talent and learning data and provide actionable insights to inform talent and learning strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with external vendors to manage platforms, holding them accountable to deliverables.
  • System Administration: Maintain and support platforms including Chronus, Glint, Workday Performance and Talent modules, and HRSoft.
  • Resource Development: Create and maintain tools, guides, and training materials to support program delivery and adoption.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
