Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Technical Sales roles.
  • Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
  • Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout
  • Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
  • Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
  • Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
