ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Commercial, you’ll work closely with our dynamic Sales leadership teams to recruit top-tier commercial talent across field sales, key accounts, revenue growth, and commercial strategy.
You will play a key role in driving performance and building engagement within the team you lead — ensuring delivery is aligned to the Commercial (Sales) people strategy, with a clear line of sight between each hire and the function’s strategic priorities. You’ll also elevate our commercial talent strategy, build pipelines for the next generation of sales leaders, and influence hiring decisions that drive real business outcomes.
