Essential Skills and Experience
The Oceania Senior Talent Partner will act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders and executives, driving the region’s talent philosophy in support of the wider People and Business strategies. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to onboarding, the Senior Talent Partner will play a key role in building and improving talent and continuously enhancing the recruitment processes. This role will be responsible for recruiting across all levels and departments in the Oceania region.
As a key member of the APAC Talent team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager in Manilla, the role has access and support from talent partners across the APAC region while being a pivotal part of the Oceania HR team.
