Responsibilities
  • Build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines for roles across all business areas and regions, with a focus on global GTM and European Product roles
  • Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy by using a mix of AI-assisted tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ) and outbound tailored to each candidate segment
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify profile requirements, understand team needs, and calibrate candidate profiles
  • Regularly attend and represent Staffbase at in-person job fairs, industry conferences and hiring events in Saxony and Berlin
  • engage with relevant talent communities online as well as directly at live events and networking sessions; follow up with targeted outreach and CRM campaigns
  • Build and manage talent pools in our sourcing CRM platform, leveraging AI-based segmentation and long-term engagement strategies
  • Use structured data and reporting to track sourcing KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and iterate on strategies
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to align messaging, content creation and share insights on audience engagement
