Description
As a Consulting Analyst focusing and specializing in employee engagement survey projects, you will partner with project team members and clients to understand their organizational priorities and how these impact employee experiences. You will play a key role in the designing, analyzing, and delivering actionable insights from engagement surveys, ensuring that client needs are met through data-driven recommendations and collaborative project management. We will count on you to: Client Understanding & Analysis Engage with clients to understand their organizational priorities and the impact on people and workplace experiences. Identify the key aspects and outcomes clients wish to measure through engagement surveys. Project Management Manage overall project timeline, resources and deliverables to ensure it aligns with the project requirements. Drive project milestones and key deliverables independently Data Management & Analysis Liaise with clients to understand their data structure and assist in cleaning and formatting data for analysis. Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure survey platforms are configured to meet client requirements. Conduct thorough data analysis, drawing insights aligned with client objectives, circumstances, and desired outcomes. Insight Generation & Reporting Identify blockers, enablers, and critical findings that require client attention. Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations based on survey results and organizational context. Consulting & Recommendations Provide expert guidance in management and HR consulting to address identified issues. Suggest organization-wide and division-specific action plans to improve employee engagement and support business goals. What you need to have: Proficient in using MS Outlook, PPT, and Excel. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred. At least 2 years of experiences in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred. Experience in data analysis, employee engagement, or HR consulting is a plus. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail, and a passion to create a great workplace for others.
