KellyOCG is looking for an expert onsite Recruiter to join our team as a Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant. We are searching for somebody accountable for facilitating the onboarding process of contract employees by using tools and handling relationships between the customer and the approved suppliers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have Recruitment background. Work experience in temporary labor, service level and/or customer service industry
  • Significant experience, preferably in the staffing or contracting industry
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills are important
  • Experience of working on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision (working independently)
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Knowledge of German employment law and the German market
  • Proficiency in German and English language, written and verbal

Responsibilities
  • Lead/ manage the order fulfillment process from requisition creation to candidate start of assignment (full cycle recruitment management)
  • Exercise CV screening techniques that ensure only high-quality resumes are forwarded to the customer for review
  • Based on our customer’s site you will interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve program related issues
  • Coordinate off-boarding between supplier and customer
  • Proactively identify issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions
