Responsibilities

Instacart is seeking a Senior Talent Systems Analyst to elevate our recruiting technology ecosystem and drive AI-forward, automation-focused initiatives across our Talent Acquisition tools. In this pivotal role, you will act as both a hands-on administrator and a strategic partner, owning our core recruiting platforms and leading the automation of workflows and processes to optimize the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
As the recruiting systems subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to build, streamline, and future-proof the integrations and solutions behind our world-class recruiting operations.
