If you’re looking for a firm that values work-life balance, recognizes talent, and invests in your future, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax engagements from initial planning through completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
  • Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on personalized service and long-term growth
  • Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
  • Support junior staff and review work as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Assist with business development by identifying opportunities for new or expanded client services
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license (required for consideration and necessary for future partnership)
  • Extensive experience in public accounting with a strong emphasis in tax (individual and business)
  • Ability to manage client engagements independently from start to finish
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to be in the office regularly, especially during the initial trust-building period
  • Commitment to high standards of integrity and client service

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a tax-focused role within a public accounting firm
  • Prior experience managing a book of business or client portfolio
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Interest in growing into a partner-level role within the next 5–10 years (potentially sooner for the right candidate)

About the Company:
