QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required).
• CPA certification (preferred or actively pursuing).
• Some experience in corporate tax preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and payroll processing preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Prepare and review federal and state corporate tax returns for a diverse client base.
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning and compliance guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to gather financial data and resolve tax-related issues.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage client financials and ensure accurate reporting.
• Process and review payroll filings and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Assist with IRS and state audits, correspondence, and client representation.
• Stay current on tax law changes and industry best practices.
