Step into a Senior Accountant role where your expertise is trusted, your judgment is valued, and your impact extends beyond compliance.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of quality, high growth clients across business advisory, tax, financial reporting and cloud accounting, allowing you to apply both technical depth and commercial insight. You will take ownership of complex engagements, review work and provide high-level commentary that supports smarter business decisions.

Work closely with Directors, contributing to strategic discussions and helping drive client growth, restructuring, cash flow management and long-term planning initiatives, all while strengthening your leadership capability to mentor the next generation of accountants within the firm.   • The Role:Review and finalise financial statements and tax returns for a wide range of entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders)
  • Manage complex tax matters, including Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and restructuring strategies
  • Provide proactive business and tax advisory services, delivering insights to help clients achieve their goals
  • Review, delegate, and provide feedback on work prepared by junior and intermediate accountants
  • Mentor and support team members in their technical and professional development
  • Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts with actionable recommendations


  • A little bit about you:3+ years previous experience working in an Australian accounting firm environment, with a client facing approach
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting/commerce
  • CA/CPA in progress, or completed
  • Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills
  • A willingness to collaborate, & work in a team
  • Ambition & drive to progress in your role/the business
