• The rolePreparing tax returns and compliance work
• Managing a portfolio of predominantly farming clients
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Meeting with clients and providing tax/accounting advice
• Supporting and mentoring junior accountants
• Working closely with the Directors and wider team
• Using Xero and Xero Tax

• What we're looking for4-5yrs Australian public practice experience
• Strong tax and compliance knowledge
• Confident client-facing and communication skills
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Stable employment history with good previous tenures
• Full Australian working rights
