Senior Tax Analyst – Pillar II This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office as part of a global tax team. You will be part of Aon’s global Pillar II team and will work closely with the Manager – Tax Reporting Pillar II based in Amsterdam, as well as regional tax and finance teams around the world. What the day will look like As a Senior Tax Analyst – Pillar II, you will support the implementation and ongoing compliance of the OECD/GloBE Pillar II rules across Aon’s global structure. Under the guidance of the Manager – Tax Reporting Pillar II, you will: Assist with the preparation of Pillar II calculations and related workpapers for jurisdictions within Aon’s global footprint. Support the gathering, validation, and analysis of financial and tax data required for Pillar II calculations and reporting. Help with the integration and maintenance of Pillar II data and processes in Aon’s tax systems and tools (e.g., Orbitax or similar). Assist in the preparation of quarterly Pillar II calculations for group and SEC reporting in close coordination with the tax accounting team. Support the monitoring of global and local Pillar II legislative developments and help translate them into practical data and process requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation to support Pillar II calculations, controls, and internal governance requirements. Provide support for internal and external audit requests related to Pillar II (including SOX-related documentation where applicable). Collaborate with tax managers across regions, local finance teams and external advisors in connection with Pillar II data requests, reviews, and compliance. Contribute to process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives within the Pillar II reporting and compliance framework. How this opportunity is different You will have the opportunity to work as part of a truly global tax team, focused on one of the most significant international tax reforms in recent years. You will: Gain hands-on experience with Pillar II data, calculations and reporting for a large multinational group. Work closely with the Manager – Tax Reporting Pillar II and a network of regional tax managers, local finance teams and external advisors. Help shape and improve new processes, controls and tools in an evolving regulatory landscape. Skills and experience that will lead to success Fluent in English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, or tax. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate income tax, tax accounting, or related finance/controllership roles, preferably in a Big 4 firm or multinational company. Experience with international tax or exposure to global tax reporting/compliance is an advantage. Interest in and willingness to develop strong knowledge of OECD/GloBE Pillar II rules and global minimum taxation. High proficiency in MS Excel; experience with tax/reporting tools (e.g., Orbitax, Corptax, Workday, Alteryx, Tableau or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets. Cooperate in a global, virtual team environment and communicate clearly with both finance and tax collaborators. Well-organized, able to work with deadlines, prioritize tasks and maintain a structured, process-oriented approach.
