As a Senior Tax Analyst, you’ll support our global tax and financial reporting processes, helping ensure timely and accurate reporting. You’ll tackle technical tax challenges, assist with audits, and improve internal processes for greater efficiency. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do Prepare and support the ASC 740 global tax provision and tax accounting process Identify and document book-to-tax differences; create accurate supporting workpapers Reconcile tax accounts and complete fluctuation analyses for reporting periods Research tax issues and draft clear, well-supported technical memos Support audits, payments, and ad hoc tax projects with agility and attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data processes and reporting workflows What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MS in Tax or CPA preferred 4+ years of corporate tax experience (public accounting and/or in-house corporate tax department) Strong knowledge of ASC 740 principles, federal and state tax regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus) Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to non-tax stakeholders Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with process improvements and working with large datasets What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching Best-in-class benefits including 100% paid health insurance for employees and 90% for dependents Lifestyle wallet – a flexible benefits account for wellness, learning, and more Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health support Time off to recharge: company holidays, PTO, sick time, parental leave, and more! Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
