SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE, HNW & TRUSTS

A boutique wealth management firm located in Back Bay is hiring a Senior Tax Associate (8+ years) to join its Family Office Tax Services team. These client-facing roles involve HNW and UHNW taxation, trusts, and estate planning, offering challenging work with excellent work-life balance.
Location: Back Bay - 2 days/week
Compensation: Up to $180K base + 15%–20% bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA or EA required
• 8+ years of tax experience (public accounting, RA firm, or law firm)
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, fiduciary returns, and trusts
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
• Experience preparing 150+ returns annually

• Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, charitable, and gift tax returns
• Handle trust compliance and strategic tax planning (OneSource experience preferred)
• Work directly with clients, attorneys, and advisors on sophisticated planning
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
• Support audits and special projects
