Jambrina CPA PC is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our tax department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in tax preparation and planning. Responsibilities: Prepare individual and business (1120, 1120s, 1065) federal tax returns in a wide variety of industries. Prepare the necessary adjusting journal entries and book-to-tax differences for business returns. Prepare and reconcile tax depreciation calculations, gain & loss calculations with asset roll forwards. Prepare and assist with US international tax calculations and workpapers including 5471s, 5472, 8858s, 8804, 1042s etc. Prepare Texas Franchise Tax reports and state income tax returns. Prepare and assist with extensions and quarterly estimated federal and state tax payments. Participate in tax research projects by utilizing available tools and software. Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients through a commitment to outstanding customer service. Respond to notices from tax authorities and tax audits. Assist with various special projects or tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. An enrolled agent license is preferred Minimum of 3 years of US federal and state tax compliance experience International Tax experience a plus Attention to detail and time management skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Tax Software a plus.
