Description
We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing tax team. In this role, you will prepare and review complex tax returns, mentor staff, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality tax services. This position provides an opportunity to expand technical expertise while contributing to the growth of the firm and supporting a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit tax returns. Conduct thorough reviews of staff-prepared returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Research and resolve complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members. Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients. Collaborate with senior staff and partners to identify process improvements. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting (experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits preferred). Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and tax preparation software. Proven ability to review and supervise staff-prepared work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
