As part of the expansion of our Business Family Office services, we are seeking a Senior Tax & Family Wealth Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role that combines advanced tax expertise with family office and financial planning support. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in technical work while building trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business families.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Director of Wealth Advisory Services to deliver tailored strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals. From preparing Personal Tax Returns to offering expert financial planning advice, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients’ wealth stewardship journeys. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Proficient in financial planning software (Naviplan) and advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in personal tax compliance; familiarity with Taxprep is considered a strong asset.
  • CPA designation required, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in public accounting, ideally with exposure to private clients or high-net-worth individuals.
  • CFP certification is considered an asset, reflecting a commitment to comprehensive financial planning.
  • A continuous learner with genuine curiosity about clients and their unique financial needs; stays informed on evolving practices, tools, and regulations.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
