Job Description This is a fixed-term position for 18 months Independently manage and continuously improve tax processes with a focus on corporate income tax and VAT Prepare, review, and coordinate VAT returns, corporate income tax returns, and Intrastat declarations for domestic and international entities Assess complex tax matters and advise internal stakeholders across different business functions Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities, auditors, and external tax advisors Implement new tax regulations and develop internal tax policies and guidelines Prepare and review current and deferred tax calculations under IFRS and HGB for statutory financial statements and group reporting Identify and implement opportunities to optimize, automate, and digitalize tax processes to ensure tax compliance Qualifications Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Taxation, or a related field with a focus on Tax or Finance, or completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience Several years of relevant professional experience in Tax, ideally gained in an international company or a tax advisory or audit firm Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and VAT regulations Experience working with ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office applications Very good German and English language skills Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with strong analytical skills Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
