KEY REQUIREMENTS:

-CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant)
- Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program (mandatory for senior-level planning roles)
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience in delivering complex tax planning strategies
- Canadian private company income tax experience
- Advanced proficiency in CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep
- Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a public accounting firm
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to tax staff
- Ability to coordinate and review special tax projects
Compensation: - Base Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 CAD
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based (to be discussed)
- Work Location: Head Office – Markham, Ontario
