THIS ROLE WILL REPORT TO THE TAX DIRECTOR AND IS LOCATED AT THE ENTERPRISE MOBILITY CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN CLAYTON, MO. THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE.

This position certainly involves a wide range of responsibilities! Here’s a summary of the key tasks:

  • Tax Provisions Management: Oversee and review tax provisions under ASC 740 for U.S. financial statements and foreign tax provisions under local GAAP
  • Supervision: Supervise two provision employees
  • Quarterly Reviews: Review quarterly tax rate projections and tax account analyses
  • Legislation Monitoring: Keep track of proposed income tax legislation
  • Communication: Clearly communicate complex tax issues to senior management
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on income tax issues and recommend compliance or tax-saving strategies
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing company-wide tax policies
  • Consultation: Work with external service providers on tax provision audits
  • Employee Management: Manage and assess employee performanc
