REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in tax in a corporate environment or with a tax consultancy firm
• Experience in Singapore, China and Malaysia real estate tax laws would be an advantage

• Develop, plan and implement strategies to maximize tax efficiency of the Group;
• Review and advice on statutory tax computation for tax returns and submissions of the Group;
• Review advice on GST/VAT for the Group;
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness of Company’s tax returns and submissions;
• Provide up-to-date guidance to Group companies on applying relevant tax incentives;
• Liaise with tax advisors and tax authorities on ad-hoc tax matters;
• Ensure Group’s compliance to Transfer Pricing regimes and cross border tax rules.
