OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with the ability to manage complex financial situations and provide strategic guidance to clients. This role requires expertise in various areas of financial analysis and accounting, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; master’s degree in taxation preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of related experience
· Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
· CPA or Bar License required
· Four years’ supervising and training experience
· Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation required

  • Supervise the tax accounting team in the execution of tax-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide guidance on estate planning matters, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization’s operations
  • Train and mentor staff members in tax-related processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is essential
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, enabling informed decision-making for clients.
