1. Provide educational leadership to address the educational and well-being needs of a diverse group of indigenous
   students, through provision of relevant, high quality and culturally appropriate teaching and learning underpinned by
   relationships-based learning and trauma-informed evidence-based practice.
2. As part of the Leadership Team, contribute to the development, implementation and review of programs, procedures
   and actions through continuous school improvement processes, using a range of data as evidence to monitor and
   understand impact of behavior and teaching on student well-being and learning.
3. Coach teachers and classroom-based support staff for improved performance to ensure the delivery of high quality
   educational programs for indigenous students.
4. Collaborate with the school administration for the allocation of students, staff, programs and resources to optimize
   student learning outcomes.
5. Undertake other related duties as required by the Principal.
