1. Undertake an appropriate teaching load and contribute to the School Leadership Team, lead staff professional learning
   including program development and delivery, performance management, and to provide professional learning through
   instructional leadership and coaching.
2. In collaboration with the Principal, provide leadership in the development and implementation of curriculum and
   behavioural management programs.
3. In collaboration with the Principal and Assistant Principal, assist in the preparation and implementation of strategic plans;
   manage online assessment and data systems, supporting data informed teaching and learning processes.
