1. Lead the implementation of the schools Instructional Model and alignment with SACE curriculum as required.
2. Ensure learning area courses meet the NTSDE Moodle Manual standards.
3. Facilitate staff collaboration and sharing of practice to maximise improvement and innovation in the delivery of courses.
4. Ensure improvement targets are set and monitored from established data sets.
5. Participate in the school’s quality improvement processes, to improve organisational performance and student
   achievement.
6. Undertake an appropriate teaching load as required.
