You will provide effective line management and personal support to teaching staff, ensuring high standards through regular observations, mentoring, and onboarding. Professional Development & Teaching Excellence You will lead and contribute to the design and delivery of annual CPD programmes, mentoring new teachers, and promoting best practices in ELT. Quality Delivery & Inclusion You'll ensure teaching frameworks and policies are embedded across teams, support product development, and manage academic enquiries. You'll champion safeguarding, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) initiatives, ensuring inclusive practices are upheld. Essentials: English Proficiency: CEFR level C2 or IELTS Band 8+ in all four sections of the academic module. Teaching Experience: Minimum 4 years post-certificate experience (or equivalent to 2,400 hours). Age Group Experience Early Years (2-5): 400+ hours Primary (6-10): 400+ hours Lower Secondary (11-14): 800+ hours Upper Secondary (15-17): 400+ hours University/Vocational (18-25): 400+ hours Adults General English (18+): 800+ hours Certification: Recognised diploma in EFL (e.g. DELTA, Trinity Diploma - TEFLQ or equivalent). Specialisms: Relevant qualifications such as TYLEC, PGCE/BEd in Primary or subject-specific areas. Education: University degree or equivalent. Experience in mentoring newly qualified teachers.
