In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a broad range of administrative responsibilities, providing high-level support to two senior managers and the wider team. Executive support duties including calendar and inbox management. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and tender submissions. Attending team meetings and support staff meetings, as well as client meetings. Manage meeting logistics including agendas, action items and minutes. Handle billing, invoicing and expense claims. Coordinate marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign, Canva and PowerPoint. Qualifications To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience: 5+ years of experience in an Administration role, ideally with some Personal Assistant duties. Relevant industry experience in Real Estate or Property is highly desirable. Experience using Canva and Adobe Indesign is highly desirable. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and ability to multi-task. Professional communication skills.
