THE OPPORTUNITY

The Perth Planning team is seeking a Senior Team Administrator who can provide vital administrative support to the team. The Senior Team Administrator will play a key role in supporting Urbis’ practice management system, BST, and help foster continuous improvement within the team. In addition, the Senior Team Administrator offers guidance to fellow team members, sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the team’s overall performance.

You will:

  • Provide administrative support, including invoicing, project scheduling, report formatting, and assisting with presentations
  • Offer technical support for Microsoft Office, Urbis’ Practice Management System (BST), and expense management systems
  • Manage project invoicing, expense reports, and coordinating the filing system
  • Oversee continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and promoting compliance
  • Manage emails, calendars, meeting and travel arrangements, and acting as a point of contact for staff and clients
  • Coordinate team meetings, and preparing documents such as tenders and reports
