What You’ll Do Be the go-to support Own diary management, email prioritisation, and meeting coordination. Prepare fee forecasts, reports, and client-ready presentations. Manage CRM data, billing, invoicing, and compliance documentation. Coordinate travel, marketing materials, and property listings. Keep the office running smoothly including supplies, facilities, and approvals. Act as the right hand for HR and operational processes. Qualifications Laser-sharp attention to detail and organisational skills. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in real estate or professional services (a plus). Bonus points for Adobe InDesign skills!
