Job Description We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Team Assistant to support our Tenant Advisory team. In this role, you’ll be central to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, coordinating campaigns, supporting financial processes, organising meetings, and helping deliver exceptional client service. Across both roles, you will: Prepare high‑quality property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Support campaign and marketing activities using tools such as InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and external agencies. Coordinate meetings, events, team calendars, and internal communications, ensuring strong client and stakeholder engagement. Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial administration, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and other key team documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is an advantage. A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in a team support or administrative role (property industry experience desirable).
